- Aims and Scope
The *Journal of Korean Dental Association* (J Korean Dent Assoc, hereinafter referred to as the “Journal”) is a scholarly publication issued by the Korean Dental Association, which strives to improve public oral health and promote the research and development of dentistry, dental care, and public oral health. The Journal covers a wide range of topics related not only to clinical and basic dental sciences but also to various subjects indirectly or directly related to dentistry. It provides insights and the latest findings across various fields within the dental profession, making it a representative academic journal recognized for its expertise in the dental field.
The articles published in the Journal include reviews, original research articles, case reports, clinical photos, technical reports, letters to the editor, and special features for clinicians. Any content that does not fall into these categories will be reviewed by the editorial board to determine its suitability for publication.
